Update 7/30/07

Ch. AB Rose Princess Abigail aka "Abby" finished her champioship with a five point major under Judge Terri Lynn Burrows at the Waukesha Kennel CLub. Abby finished her show title in nine shows over three weekends. She is owned by Randy Schmidt of Carlton, MN. She was bred and handled by Greg Massoglia.

Abby is out of Ch. Klear-ly Rao's Tonight Show aka "Carson" and Massoglia's Princess Emma Rose. Abby is Greg's first field trial pointed dog. She placed first in open puppy at the West Texas Brittany Club and she has placed in three other trials.

Ch. Anna B Rose Grace Under Pressure aka "Gracie" completed her show championship with a BOB win for a three point major. Gracie is the first bred-by exhibitor champion owned and shown by Greg Massoglia. She is out of Ch. Klear-ly Rao's Tonight Show aka "Carson" and Massoglia's Princess Emma Rose.

Update 5/29/07

It's been a while since I've been able to update the site, due to some technical difficulties.  However, I am happy to report that all is still well here at Rao Farms.  Do to business commitments, we have not been to many shows with the dogs.  In April, we did make it to the Central Futurity where CH. RAO's MR. BO JANGLES was awarded Best in Futurity.  From there we headed to the Summer Specialty weekend of shows in Perry, GA where CH. RAO'S AT LIBERTY was awarded BOS 3 of the 4 days including the ABC Summer Specialty.  Libby is now in Tennesse where we are hoping to have her bred to BIS/BISS CH. JORDEAN-SEQUANI C I TOLD YOU SO.

This past weekend we went to the Bloomington IL cluster, where CH. RAO'S LEADER OF THE BAND received his 3rd major to finish his Championship!  Doc earned two points from the puppy class and then 2, 5 pt and 1, 4 pt. major all at specialties or specialty weekends.  

We also welcome CH. MILLETTE'S MERLOT TO GO to Rao Farms.  Merlot comes from Michelle and Beverly Millette, who graciously allowed us the honor of showing him.  Merlot arrived about two weeks ago, and has quickly fit in.  He debuted this past weekend in Bloomington.  Happy to report that he earned his first BISS with us on Sunday and followed it with another BOB win on Monday.

Another New Champion!

Coming to Rao Farms with 5 singles, Misty (Brad x Jordi) went out on the road with Andrea starting in November.  In just a few short weeks she had both her majors and all but 1 single.  She earned the title in St Paul last week with a BOB win.  Congratulations Greg & Debbie on your first of many Brittany champions.

While in Cleveland - Misty caught the attention of a Toledo newspaper photographer.  The following photo was featured in this paper a week after the shows.  What a ham she is!

Bo finished at the Rapid City Kennel Club this past October with a fourth major.  We are proud to announce that we are now co-owners with John and Kathy Berg.  Bo will be selectively specialed while he matures.
