BeBe is OFA Hip and Elbow Certified. BeBe is 12 years old and still going strong.
Out of Ch. Jordean All Riled Up by Ch. Jordean Millette Just Kiddin’. Riley was a multiple BIS winner from the famous Ollie x Nightie cross that produced 4 multi-BIS winners. Kiddy is of course, Ollie’s mom.
As with Ollie, BeBe was overlooked in her litter because of markings. It didn’t fool me however, and I was delighted when the person who was getting “pick” chose another. I guess I’m lucky when it comes to unusual markings as BeBe went on to be the winningest bitch in breed history. In limited showing, BeBe earned 50 BOBs, 14 Group I’s and 5 Best in Shows. She was also BOS to Ollie at the National on one occasion and BOS to Riley at Westminster on another. BeBe is a third generation BIS winner, one of only three in the breed. She is now the dam of the first 4th generation BIS winning Brittany!
As a producer, BeBe’s most accomplished litter was by Ch. Sterling Oak’s Sir Bentley. 5 out of 7 of the all female litter completed their titles and several of those became successful brood bitches for their owners. Quite by accident, BeBe was bred to Ollie (sometimes the dogs are smarter than we are!) where she produced her crowning glory to date… 4th Generation BIS Ch. Jordean Believe It Or Not, a multi-Best In Show and specialty winner.
She will be a hard act to follow. I will miss her every day. I pray she is out of pain and enjoying a good romp with Ollie, Syndi, Kiddy and the rest. Dennis, I send you another one - take good care of her!
